After reading all the comments, I have to assume the game is broken and the developer unresponsive.
I came here looking for instructions as I'm stuck on the first level with controls that at best are unresponsive. The shaver doesn't seem to follow the cursor, it jumps inside the person's face and the only options available are for music and sfx.
If I could get some help on how to play the game, it'd be appreciated.
Technically dinosaur shit preserved this long would likely be worth more than a full dinosaur skeleton since you could examine the feces to glean something about the species the shit belongs to or extract DNA.

I never get any accuracy. I always get an F. I've reinstalled about 3 times, turned sandbox mode off, and nothings working.
Sorry to break it to you, but you're just bad at the game.

Pretty fun game.
Some annoyances... The piece of beard by his right ear(left side of screen). I always cut his ear and always miss the hair!!
The beard on the ball of his chin. Virtually impossible to get with a razor unless you wiggle your mouse like crazy, which messes up some styles/cuts.
